Image padding process

bmp image is expanded.

parameter value is original image, image will be stored, image's width, image's height.

* padding image is width+1, height+1 (width:original image's width, height:original image's height)

Input separately each corner value and the closet pixel data in first row, column and last row, column using for statement.
